Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of lithium gluconate and glyceryl triacetate in Canavan disease, sponsored by Assistance publique - Hôpitaux de Paris. Primary endpoint: Decrease of the NAA peak (> 20%) or the appearance of an acetate peak at 10 months. Planned start Sep 2009; status: withdrawn.
