Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of adefovir dipivoxil in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) (3 arms), sponsored by Roche. Primary endpoints: Normalization of ALT and HBV-DNA <400 copies/mL at 96 weeks and HBsAg quantitative loss and anti-HBs seroconversion at 144 weeks. Started Aug 2008; status: completed.
