Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) comparing Alprazolam Arm with Placebo Arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Signal Change in Brain Activity in the Amygdala When Viewing Emotional Faces at 28 days and Signal Change in Brain Activity in the Insula When Anticipating the Viewing of Emotional Pictures at 28 days.
