Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of duloxetine in major depressive disorder (MDD) and chronic low back pain (CLBP), sponsored by University of Pittsburgh. Primary endpoints: Montgomery Asberg Depression Rating Scale at 12 weeks and McGill Pain Questionnaire, Short Form at 12 weeks. Started May 2007; status: completed.
