Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of nelfinavir in rectal cancer, sponsored by Maastro Clinic. Primary endpoints: Incidence of any grade 3 or higher non-hematological or grade 4 or higher hematological toxicity and of grade 4 or higher postoperative toxicity and Rate of pathological complete remission at 22 weeks.
