Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in primary Sjögren's syndrome comparing Rituximab with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: 30% improvement in 2 of 4 VAS scores (Global disease activity, Pain, Fatigue, Dryness) at 24 weeks. Started Mar 2008; status: completed.
