Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in lacunar infarction (LACI) comparing Aspirin + Placebo with Aspirin + Cilostazol (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in Middle Cerebral Artery (MCA) and Basilar Artery (BA) Pulsatility Index (PI) at 90 days. Started Nov 2006; status: completed.
