Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of dexamethasone phosphate iontophoretic ophthalmic solution in dry eye syndrome (DED) (3 arms), sponsored by Kiora Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Corneal fluorescein staining after CAE exposure at Day 7 and Ocular discomfort during CAE exposure at Day 7. Started Oct 2008; status: completed.
