Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of vitamin e and selenium in cataract and age-related macular degeneration (AMD) (4 arms), sponsored by SWOG Cancer Research Network. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants With Visually Significant Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD) up to 7 years and Number of Participants With Cataract and Best Corrected Visual-acuity of 20/30 up to 7 years.
