Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of isotretinoin and calcitriol in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) (2 arms), sponsored by Fondazione Italiana Sindromi Mielodisplastiche. Primary endpoint: Comparison between standard therapy rEPO and association therapy rEPO plus Acid 13-Cis-Retinoic and Dihydroxyvitamin D3 at 8 months. Started Mar 2007; status: terminated.
