Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in dry eye disease (DED) comparing Diquafosol tetrasodium with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of subjects that achieve clearing of fluorescein staining of the central cornea at 6 weeks. Started Jan 2009; status: completed.
