Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of prednisone in polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) (2 arms), sponsored by University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. Primary endpoints: Change in Peak Serum IL-6 Concentration at 24 hours and Change in Area Under the Curve (AUC) of Plasma IL-6 at 2 weeks. Started Oct 2009; status: completed.
