Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) comparing Lovastatin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Paired Associate Learning (Cambridge Neuropsychological Test Automated Battery) at 16 weeks and Score! (Test of Everyday Attention for Children) at 16 weeks.
