Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) comparing Adefovir Dipivoxil with Adefovir Dipivoxil matched placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Log10 reduction in HBV DNA from baseline at 12 weeks. Started Dec 2002; status: completed.
