Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of CVD 1208S in shigellosis (2 arms), sponsored by University of Maryland, Baltimore. Primary endpoints: Safety and clinical acceptability (diarrhea, dysentery, fever), Serum IgA and IgG anti-S. flexneri 2a LPS antibody and IgA anti-LPS ASC at Day 84 and 1 more.
