Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of apremilast in uveitis, sponsored by Oregon Health & Science University. Primary endpoints: Improvement by 2 or More Lines of Best-corrected Snellen Visual Acuity in at Least One Eye at 6 months, Reduction in Dose of Systemic Corticosteroid or Other Immunosuppressive Therapy by at Least 50% at 6 months and 2 more. Started Nov 2009; status: terminated.
