Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (SJIA) comparing Canakinumab with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage of Patients Who Were on Steroids at Entry Into Part I and Who Were Able to Taper Steroid as Per Protocol at 32 weeks and Survival Estimate of Time to Flare at 88 weeks.
