Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in sickle cell anemia (SCA) comparing Viagra with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Endothelial function (Flow Mediated Dilatation) at 1 month, Endothelial progenitor stem cells colonies at 1 month and 1 more. Planned start Sep 2009; status: withdrawn.
