Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) comparing Placebo with 290 µg Linaclotide (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Abdominal Pain and Complete Spontaneous Bowel Movement (APC) Responder, 9 Out of 12 Weeks, Complete Spontaneous Bowel Movement (CSBM) 3+1 Responder, 9 Out of 12 Weeks and 2 more.
