Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of latanoprost in open-angle glaucoma (OAG) and ocular hypertension (2 arms), sponsored by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Primary endpoints: Correlation between mean central corneal thickness (CCT) and 24-hour intraocular pressure (IOP) fluctuation and Correlation between mean central corneal thickness (CCT) and mean IOP reduction from baseline at 4 weeks.
