Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Parkinson's disease (PD) comparing deferiprone with placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Decrease the iron overload (as measured by the T2* MRI sequence) in the substantia nigra at 12 months. Started Oct 2009; status: completed.
