Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of isotretinoin in nodular acne (2 arms), sponsored by Cipher Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline in Total Nodular Lesion Count (Facial and Truncal) at 20 weeks and Proportion of Patients Who Achieve at Least a 90% Reduction in Total Number of Nodular Lesions at 20 weeks.
