Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in erythropoietic protoporphyria (EPP) comparing Afamelanotide with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Duration of Direct Sunlight Exposure Between 10:00 and 15:00 Hours on Days When Patients Did Not Report Phototoxicity-related Pain at 9 months. Started Sep 2009; status: completed.
