Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of bezafibrate in carnitine palmitoyltransferase II deficiency and very long-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase deficiency (2 arms), sponsored by Rigshospitalet. Primary endpoints: Fat oxidation rate during exercise at 3 months and Heart rate during exercise at 3 months. Started Oct 2009; status: completed.
