Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial of diphtheria toxoid + tetanus toxoid + acellular pertussis vaccine + inactivated poliovirus vaccine + haemophilus influenzae type b conjugate vaccine and diphtheria + tetanus + acellular pertussis + inactivated poliomyelitis + Haemophilus influenzae type b vaccine in diphtheria, Tetanus, pertussis and 2 more (2 arms), sponsored by Dalhousie University. Primary endpoints: Seroprotection rates for antibodies against PRP, Geometric mean concentration for antibodies against PT, FHA, PRN, and FIM and 4 more. Started May 2010; status: completed.
