Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) comparing Oral Insulin in Dextran with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Identification of the lowest dose of oral insulin in dextran matrix that produces a significant lowering of post-prandial blood glucose at 6 hours.
