Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of peramivir in influenza (7 cohorts), sponsored by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Primary endpoints: Peramivir dose that provides area under the curve (AUC)24 between 60 mcg hr/L and 94 mcg hr/L at Day 1 and Pharmacokinetic parameters (AUC24, Cmax, T1/2, CL, Tmax) at Day 1. Status: withdrawn.
