Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of levofloxacin, ethambutol, azithromycin and rifampicin in sarcoidosis (2 arms), sponsored by Vanderbilt University. Primary endpoints: Change in Lesion Size at the Completion of Antibiotic Therapy at 8 weeks and Granuloma Burden at 8 weeks. Started Feb 2010; status: completed.
