Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of lithium carbonate in spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3), sponsored by Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre. Primary endpoints: Safety and tolerability of Lithium Carbonate at 6 months and Neurological Examination Score for SCA 3 at 12 months. Started May 2011; status: completed.
