Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in ureteral calculus comparing Silodosin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Spontaneous Stone Passage (Distal Stones) Without Need for Intervention at 4 weeks and Spontaneous Stone Passage (All Stones) Without Need for Intervention at 4 weeks.
