Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in major depressive disorder (MDD) comparing Adjunct Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse) with Adjunct Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change From Baseline in the Dysphoric Apathy/Retardation Sub-factor (MDAR) of Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS) at 4 weeks. Started Sep 2010; status: completed.
