Overview
Phase 3, randomised, single-blind trial of meningococcal group A, C, W135 and Y conjugate vaccine in meningococcal disease (3 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: Number of Subjects With Vaccine Response for Serum Bactericidal Assay Using Rabbit Complement Against Neisseria Meningitides Serogroups A, C, W-135, Y at Month 1 and rSBA-MenA, rSBA-MenC, rSBA-MenW-135 and rSBA-MenY Titers at Month 1.
