Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of peginterferon alfa-2a and entecavir in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) (4 arms), sponsored by Roche. Primary endpoint: HBV-DNA reduction to <10,000 copies/ml (<2,000 IU/ml) at 48 weeks. Planned start Sep 2010; status: withdrawn.
