Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of peginterferon lambda-1a in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB), sponsored by Bristol Myers Squibb. Primary endpoints: Proportion of subjects who achieve Hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) seroconversion and Number and percent of subjects with serious adverse events (SAEs) and discontinuations due to adverse events up to 84 Weeks.
