Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) comparing Arm I (MMF and CSP), Arm II (MMF, CSP, and Sirolimus) and Arm 0 (CSP and Sirolimus) (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Number of Patients With Grades II-IV Acute GVHD at 100 days. Started Nov 2010; status: completed.
