Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP) comparing Alitretinoin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Palmo-plantar Pustulosis Psoriasis Area and Severity Index at 24 weeks and PPPASI 50 and PPPASI 75 Response at 24 weeks. Started Apr 2011; status: completed.
