Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in prostate cancer (PCa) comparing Arm A (observation and bicalutamide) with Arm B (Akt inhibitor MK2206 and bicalutamide) (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of Patients With Undetectable PSA Level (< 0.2 ng/mL) at 44 weeks. Started Mar 2011; status: completed.
