Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of artemether + lumefantrine in Plasmodium falciparum malaria (2 arms), sponsored by Novartis. Primary endpoints: Number of Symptomatic Malaria Episode, RDT-confirmed, With Parasitemia ≥5000/μL (SMRC5000s) Per Person-year in Infants and Children (<5 Years) at 12 months and Change in Hemoglobin Level (g/dL) in Asymptomatic Carriers >6 Months of Age at Day 28.
