Primary endpoints: Percent Reduction Over Placebo for Partial Onset Seizure (Type I) Frequency Over the Treatment Period Standardized to a 28-day Duration and 50% Responder Rate for Partial Onset Seizure (Type I) Frequency Over the Treatment Period Standardized to a 28-day Duration.
