Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of safinamide in Parkinson's disease (PD), sponsored by Newron Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Percent change from baseline to steady state in dopamine transporter occupancy in striatum (100 mg dose) at 2 weeks, Percent change from baseline to steady state in dopamine transporter occupancy in striatum (200 mg dose) at 4 weeks and 1 more.
