Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) comparing Mesalazine Granules with Placebo Granules (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in average stool frequency at 12 weeks and Change from baseline of number of mast cell per mm2 at 12 weeks. Started Mar 2011; status: completed.
