Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of Sincronium in myocardial infarction (MI) (2 arms), sponsored by Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Cardiovasculares. Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients receiving AAS, an ACE inhibitor and a statin among those without contraindications at 18 months, Adherence to treatment measured by the Morisky-Green questionnaire at 18 months and 1 more.
