Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of DE-111 in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and ocular hypertension (2 arms), sponsored by Santen Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoint: Change From Baseline in Mean Diurnal IOP (Intraocular Pressure) at End of Study at 4 weeks. Started May 2011; status: completed.
