Overview
Phase 3, open-label, single-arm trial of entecavir and peginterferon alfa-2a in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB), sponsored by National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases. Primary endpoints: Proportion of Participants With HBeAg Loss AND HBV DNA <= 1,000 IU/mL at 96 weeks, Incidence of Adverse Events (AEs) Per Person-Year of Observation at 96 weeks and 1 more.
