Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of MG1109 in Influenza A H5N1 infection (H5N1) (3 arms), sponsored by GC Biopharma. Primary endpoints: Percentage of subjects achieving post-vaccination Hemagglutination Inhibition (HI) antibody titer ≥ 1:40 at 42 days and Number of subjects with Solicited / Unsolicited adverse events at 24 weeks.
