High Dose Rifampicin in Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Phase 2, open-label trial of rifampicin in pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) (9 arms), sponsored by Radboud University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Incidence and severity of adverse events associated with increasing doses of rifampicin when administered as a single drug at 7 days and Incidence and severity of adverse events associated with increasing doses of rifampicin when combined with isoniazid, pyrazinamide and ethambutol at 7 days.
