Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of clazakizumab in oral mucositis (OM) (4 arms), sponsored by CSL Limited. Primary endpoints: Percent and Number of Participants With Adverse Events, Serious Adverse Events and Clinically Significant Laboratory Abnormalities up to 15 months and Percent and Number of Participants With All Grades of Oral Mucositis (OM) at a Radiation Dose of 55 Gy up to 12 weeks.
