Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in multiple sclerosis (MS) and clinically isolated syndrome (CIS) comparing Trichuris suis ova with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Cumulative number of new T2 hyperintensive lesions in cerebral magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) at 12 months. Started Sep 2012; status: terminated.
