Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of pertuzumab in gastric cancer (GC) and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (2 arms), sponsored by Roche. Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants With Day 43 Serum Pertuzumab Trough Concentrations (Cmin) Greater Than or Equal to 20 Microgram Per Milliliter and Number of Participants With Adverse Events up to 6 years.
