Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of sargramostim in hereditary pulmonary alveolar proteinosis, sponsored by Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Change in Time to Discontinuation of Exercise During a Standardized Treadmill Exercise Test at 7 months and Change in Minimum Pulse Oximetry During a Standardized Treadmill Exercise Test at 7 months.
